I've seen this place grow over the years, have taken groups there when I lived nearby, and now I'm many miles away, find it a welcome 'watering hole' on the A9.

Strange I never saw it!
It was the biggest thing on the page, but just where you don't expect it to be
right in front of your eyes 
Just that the map or directions are usually to one side.
